摘  要:以自制的氧化药剂ME22作为氧化剂,采用“ME22氧化+PAM混凝+调酸”工艺开展了5000t/d钨铋选矿废水处理工业分流试验,研究了氧化剂ME22投加量对COD去除效果及药剂成本的影响。实验结果表明:氧化剂ME22投加量0.76kg/m^3,氧化45min后,再投加0.20%(体积分数)质量浓度为1.00g/L的聚丙烯酰胺絮凝15min,处理后废水COD去除率达到65.7%,COD含量由118mg/L降至40.6mg/L,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准,吨水处理药剂成本较现有工艺降低20.0%。With the self-made ME22 as an oxidizing agent,an industrial partial flow test was conducted for the treatment of wastewater from a 5 000-t/d-capacity tungsten-rhenium ore dressing plant by using a process consisting of ME22 oxidation,PAM coagulation and acid regulation.Effects of ME22 dosage on COD removal rate and reagent cost were investigated.The results showed that COD in wastewater decreased to 40.6 mg/L from 118 mg/L,after oxidation for 45 min by adding 0.76 kg/m^3 of ME22,plus 15-min flocculation with addition of 0.20%(by volume)PAM with the mass concentration of 1.00 g/L,indicating the COD removal rate from wastewater reaching 65.7%.It is shown that the wastewater after processing can meet the grade I in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996),and the reagent cost for processing each ton of wastewater decreased by 20.0%.
