摘  要:通过磷矿样本富集、分离纯化、组合获得了菌群、单一菌株和复合菌株3种类型微生物,研究了3种类型微生物对低品位磷矿的溶解作用。结果表明,3种类型微生物在NBRIP培养基中均能有效溶解低品位磷矿,其对低品位磷矿的溶解作用与培养基pH值降低有关。红外光谱分析结果表明,在不同微生物的作用下矿物表面官能团变化相似,且培养基中可溶磷含量与3400~2500cm^-1处的吸收峰强度有一定相关性。在3种类型微生物中,以菌群的溶磷效果最佳,其次是复合菌株,单一菌株溶磷效果相对较差。Three types of microorganisms including microbial consortium,single bacterial strain and complex bacterial strains were obtained from phosphate ore samples by enrichment,separation and purification,as well as combination.And the dissolution of low-grade phosphate ore by these three types of microorganisms was studied.Results showed that the low-grade phosphate ore could be effectively dissolved in NBRIP medium by these three microorganisms,and the dissolution effect varied with the decreasing of pH value of medium.The infrared spectroscopy analysis showed the variations of the functional groups on the surface of minerals were similar under the action of different microorganisms,and the content of soluble phosphorus in the medium had something to do with the intensity of the absorption peak at 3 400~2 500 cm^-1.It was finally found that among the three different types of microorganisms,microbial consortium could bring in the best phosphate dissolution effect,followed by the complex bacterial strain and the single strain.
