摘 要:开发了一种以柠檬酸盐和葡萄糖酸盐为配位剂的稳定的锡钴合金镀液,具体组分为:甲基磺酸亚锡0.1 mol/L,甲基磺酸钴0.4 mol/L,柠檬酸钾0.2 mol/L,葡萄糖酸钠0.4 mol/L,硼酸0.5 mol/L,糖精钠2 g/L。研究了镀液pH、电流密度以及Co^2+、Sn^2+的浓度与其总浓度对电流效率和镀层成分的影响,并采用扫描电镜分析了所得镀层的微观形貌。结果表明:采用该体系镀液可在较宽的电流密度区间内获得组分稳定的锡钴合金镀层。镀层钴含量随镀液中二价钴或二价锡离子浓度的变化而呈线性变化,电流效率始终高于90%。在黄铜片表面所得锡钴合金镀层光亮,结晶均匀、致密。A stable Sn Co alloy plating bath using citrate and gluconate as complexing agents was developed.Its composition is:tin(II)methanesulfonate 0.1 mol/L,cobalt methanesulfonate 0.4 mol/L,potassium citrate 0.2 mol/L,sodium gluconate 0.4 mol/L,boric acid 0.5 mol/L,and sodium saccharin 2 g/L.The effects of pH,current density,as well as Co^2+,Sn^2+,and their total concentrations on the current efficiency and composition of deposit were studied.The microscopic morphologies of the deposit was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the composition of Sn Co alloy coating was stable by being electrodeposited in a wide range of current density.The cobalt content in deposit was changed linearly with the varying concentration of Co(Ⅱ)or Sn(Ⅱ)ions in the plating bath.The current efficiency maintained 90%above.The Sn Co alloy coating electrodeposited on brass was bright,fine-grained,and compact.
