摘　　要：阴部神经是由感觉、运动和自主神经组成的混合神经,阴部神经病变可引起排便、排尿及性功能障碍,还包括盆底、会阴部感觉异常等,严重影响人们生活质量。随着高分辨率超声和磁共振技术发展,尤其是磁共振三维高分辨周围神经检查技术的发展,可以全面、直观展示阴部神经病变的形态学和神经信号异常,为临床阴部神经病变的诊断和治疗提供了可靠的影像学依据。Pudendal nerve is a mixed nerve composed of motor, sensory and autonomic nerve fibers. Dysfunction in urine, defecation and sexual oR sensation disorders from pelvic flooRand perineal caused by pudendal neuropathy reduce seriously people's living standard. With the development of high resolution ultrasound and magnetic resonance neurography technology, especially the development of three-dimensional high resolution peripheral nerve magnetic resonance neurography, it can display completely and intuitively the morphological and signal abnormalities of the pudendal nerve, and provide reliable imaging findings in the diagnosis and treatment of pudendal neuropathy.
