土壤锌胁迫对伞房决明生长及生理的影响

摘　　要：为研究伞房决明(Cassia corymbosa)对重金属锌胁迫的抗性,以1年生实生盆栽苗为材料,研究了不同浓度锌胁迫下其生长及生理的响应.结果表明:在试验期间,处理Ⅰ(500mg·kg^-1)的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、电子传递速率(ETR)、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量持续增加,植株长势较好.处理组Ⅱ(700mg·kg^-1)在处理15d后,植物内部的光合作用和代谢活动出现过短暂的增强,之后则呈现减弱趋势.处理组Ⅲ(1000mg·kg^-1)、Ⅳ(1500mg·kg^-1)在胁迫开始后,Fo值、MDA含量、POD活性持续上升,植物的光合作用减弱,内部代谢平衡被打破,生长受到明显抑制,胁迫21d后,处理组Ⅳ(1500mg·kg^-1)出现植株死亡的状况.综上所述,低浓度锌胁迫下伞房决明自身调节和恢复能力较强,而高浓度的锌胁迫则对其生长产生了毒害作用.To study the resistance of Cassia corymbosa to Zn^2+ stress, the growth and physiological responses were evaluated every 15 d till the 60 d under different concentrations (0, 500, 700, 1 000, 1 500 mg·kg^-1) of Zn^2+ stress. The results showed that chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, electron transport rate (ETR), soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of treatment group Ⅰ(500 mg·kg^-1) continued to increase, the growth of Cassia corymbosa was good. After 15 days of treatment, the photosynthesis and metabolic activities inside the plant of group Ⅱ(700 mg·kg^-1 ) showed a short-term enhancement, and then showed a weakening trend. After the treatment,the Fo, MDA content and POD activity of group Ⅲ(1 000 mg·kg^-1 ) and Ⅳ(1 500 mg· kg^-1) increased, the photosynthesis decreased, the internal metabolic balance was broken, the growth was inhibited, and after 21 days of treatmen treatment, group Ⅳ(1 500 mg·kg^-1) showed a state of plant death. In summary, the ability of self-regulation and resilience of C.corymbosa is strong under low concentration of Zn^2+ stress, while high concentration of Zn^2+ stress is harmful to Cassia corymbosa.
