摘  要:基于育苗袋育苗法设计出一体式制备机,该机由铲土模块、土肥混合模块、输送模块、六工位育苗袋制备模块、育苗袋置放模块、行走模块等组成,可实现从铲土、土肥混合、育苗袋填土、播种、覆土、压实和育苗袋置放等功能.运用SolidWorks三维软件对实体进行建模,并进行虚拟化装配;采用ANSYS Workbench17.0仿真软件对关键部件进行力学分析,校核其可行性.An integrated preparation machine was designed based on seedling raising method using nursery bag. The machine consists of a shoveling module, a soil-fertilizer mixing module, a preparation module with six-station nursery bag, a placement module, a conveying module, integrating shoveling, mixing, filling, sowing, covering, compacting and placing seedling bag automaticaly. Three-dimensional software SolidWorks was used to model the real machine, and assembly it virtually. Then simulation software ANSYS Workbench 17 was used to analyze the key components and verify their feasibility.
