摘 要:图书馆传统上多以“核心期刊保障数量”为评价标准,对所购电子期刊的利用情况和绩效缺乏分析和研究。当前以大数据为基础的数据科学和数据挖掘技术正为高校文献资源保障提供方法与工具。本文通过大数据分析,分别从订购情况、下载率、引用率入手,对南师大物理学科外文电子期刊的利用情况进行分析,从而探讨“精益采购”策略的可行性。Traditionally,the libraries takes “the number of core journals” as the evaluation criterion of subject guarantee, and lacks analysis and research on the utilization and performance of purchased electronic journals. At present, data science and data mining technology based on big data are providing methods and tools for the transition from “quantity” to “quality” of document resources in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of big data, this paper makes a multi-dimensional analysis of utilization for foreign electronic journals in the physics discipline of Nanjing Normal University. By researching the subscriptions, downloads and citations rate of foreign electronic journals in physics, this paper discusses the feasibility of lean procurement strategy.
