摘  要:将液晶聚酯(LCP)加入到双酚A型聚碳酸酯(PC)基体中可以显著改善体系的加工流动性.同时在 复合材料中原位形成大长径比、高模量与高强度的LCP微纤,但由于PC与I.CP的相容性差,导致机械性能难 以大幅度提高。本文综述了 LCP增强PC复合材料的研究进展,重点阐述了 PC/LCP复合体系的增容技术与 增强方法,并讨论了其制备工艺条件如温度、剪切速率、粘度比、拉伸比及加工次数等对LCP微纤形成与机械 性能的影响。最后.通过离子化改性PC与LCP复合.以借助离子交联.增强PC基体及强的离子-偶极相互作 用.实现两者之间的界面增容,从而达到真正意义上的增强.有望成为具有潜力的发展方向之一。Incorporation of a liquid-crystalline polyester(LCP)into a poly(bisphenol-A carbonate)(PC)matrix is able to significantly improve the processability of their composites and meantime form the LCP microfibrils of high aspect ratio,modulus and strength in situ within them.Nevertheless,owing to the poor PC-LCP compatibility,people have met difficulties greatly enhancing the mechanical properties of the PC/LCP composites.This work has reviewed the advances in the study of LCP-reinforced PC composites,where,particularly,the compatibilization technologies as well as the reinforcemcnt methods are explicated of the PC/LCP composite system,and the effects are discussed of its preparation process conditions,such as temperature,shear rate,viscosity ratio,draw ratio,reprocessing,etc..on LCP microfibril formation and mechanical properties.Promisingly,it is becoming one of the potential development directions to prepare(ionized PC)LCP composites of significant reinforcement through the strengthening of PC matrix from its ionic cross linking and their interfacial compatibilization from strong ion-dipole in teractions.
