摘　　要：本文介绍一种浓相气力输送精细化喷吹系统及其关键设备立式四出口旋转给料机阐述了该种给料机的结构组成和特点,以及简要描述了物料连续喷吹系统的组成及工艺流程,该设备极大地提高了物料的喷吹能力和喷吹精度,实现高浓相物料输送,降低喷吹耗气量,自动化程度较高,是一套高效稳定节能环保的气力输送设备.This paper introduces a fine injection system for dense-phase pneumatic conveying and its key equipment "vertical four-outlet rotofeed". The structure composition and characteristics of the feeder are described in this paper. The composition and technological process of the continuous injection system are also described briefly. The equipment greatly improves the injection ability and the injection precision of the material, and achieves dense phase material conveying, Reduce the conveying gas consumption, has a high degree of automation. It is a high efficient, stable and energy saving and environmental pneumatic conveying equipment.
