摘　　要：介绍了炉前设备的发展现状:不同机型和型号的泥炮和开铁口机满足于不同大小高炉炉前工艺的需要,已形成系列化发展;而揭盖机多面向大中型高炉,有待于进一步系列化,覆盖中小高炉。从机型改进、系列化、关键部件的优化和可靠性方面介绍了炉前设备的技术进步。同时,为了提高炉前设备的效率和自动化水平,炉前辅助设备也有了巨大的进步:如自动润滑技术、炮泥恒温技术、开铁口机水钻技术、装泥机和换杆机等。从而提出了炉前技术的发展方向:长寿化研究、环保节能技术、集成化、自动化和智能化。In this paper the current development of cast house equipment is introduced. Different types of clay gun and tapping machine meet the needs of different sizes of BF technology,and has formed a series of products. The uncovering machine is mainly used in large and medium sized BF. It needs to be developed and covered with medium and small blast furnaces. This paper introduces the technological progress of Cast house equipment form the aspects of model improvement,serialization,optimization and reliability of key components. At the same time,in order to improve the efficiency and automation level of Cast house equipment,the auxiliary equipment has also made great progress,such as automatic lubrication technology,mud constant temperature technology,tapping machine water drilling technology,mud loading machine an rod changing machine. Therefore,the development direction of Cast house equipment is put forward: longevity research,environmental protection and energy saving technology,integration,automation and intelligence.
