摘　　要：中国共产党新闻舆论观,历来是学术界、传媒业界共同关注的重要议题。自中国共产党成立以来,党的新闻舆论观历时性地经历了从宣传灌输到舆论引导的变迁,有着独特的理论来源与现实起点。中国共产党新闻舆论观主要包括党报思想与党性原则、宣传、舆论引导和舆论监督,这些"观念单元"在中国共产党新闻舆论观念体系的建构中发挥了巨大的历史作用。进入新时代,作为一种开放的理论与观念体系,中国共产党新闻舆论观以兼具包容与发展的态度不断回应着社会转型与媒介环境的变化。The CPC’s views of news and public opinion have always been an important concern in aademia and media industry.Since the founding of the CPC,the Party’s views of news and public opinion have undergone a historical change from publicity and indoctrination to public opinion guidance,with its unique theoretical source and practical starting point.The main connotations of CPC’s views of and public opinion include the thought of Party newspapers and the principle of Party spirit,pulicity,public opinion guidance and supervision by public opinion.These "concept units" have played a great historical role in the systematic construction of CPC’s views of news and public opinion.In the new era,as an open theoretical and conceptual system,the Party’s views of news and public opinion have been responding to social transformation and the change of media environment with an inclusive and developmental attitude.
