摘  要:目的观察显微喉镜下二氧化碳(CO2)激光治疗会厌良性病变的疗效。方法回顾性分析会厌良性病变103例临床资料。其中,会厌囊肿95例,会厌乳头状瘤5例,会厌血管瘤2例,会厌息肉1例。均采用CO2激光辅助显微喉外科切除治疗,术后随访12个月,复查电子喉镜检查评价手术治疗效果。结果所有患者术后出现不同程度咽部疼痛,有咽部异物感。术后第3天电子喉镜复查可见会厌病变切除处伪膜生长,局部轻度肿胀。103例患者中,会厌囊肿3例术后复发,其中2例选择再次手术,术后未再复发。结论显微喉镜下CO2激光治疗会厌良性病变临床效果好,术后复发率低,且并发症少。Objective To observe the efficacy of CO2 laser therapy under microscopic laryngoscope in treating the benign lesions on the epiglottis.Methods A total of 103 patients with epiglottic benign lesions was treated with CO2 laser therapy under microscopic laryngoscope,which included epiglottic cysts in 95 cases,epiglottic papilloma in 5 cases,epiglottic hemangioma in 2 cases and epiglottis polyps in 1 case.The patients were followed up for 12 months.The efficacy was evaluated by electronic laryngoscopy.Results All patients had a foreign body sensation of the pharynx and pharyngeal pain in different degrees after operation.On the third postoperative day,electronic laryngoscopy showed pseudomembranous growth and slight local swelling in the area of resection.Three of 103 patients had postoperative recurrence in the patients with epiglottic cysts,of whom reoperation was performed in 2 cases without recurrence thereafter.Conclusion CO2 laser therapy under microscopic laryngoscope has good clinical efficacy with less postoperative recurrence and fewer complications in treating the benign lesions on the epiglottis.
