摘　　要：目的研究甲状腺摄99mTc速率在Graves病患者诊断中的价值,比较甲状腺激素尤其是FT3的相关性,探讨摄99mTc速率(甲状腺感兴趣区总计数-本底计数/采集时间)的临床应用价值。方法将65例未经治疗的Graves病患者的摄99mTc速率、对照组正常人13例摄锝速率与实验室数据FT3进行对比。通过相关性比较,证明摄99mTc速率对诊断Graves病的价值。结果甲状腺摄99mTc速率与Graves病患者甲状腺FT3值相关性良好,r=0.767(P<0.05),与传统甲状腺/口腔比值法有明显优越性。结论甲状腺摄99mTc速率对诊断Graves病有重要价值。Objective To study the value of 99mTc rate in Graves disease diagnosis,compare the correlation of thyroid hormone, especially FT3,and explore the clinical value of 99mTc rate (total number of thyroid regions of interest - background count/collection time).Methods The 99mTc uptake rates of 65 patients with Graves'disease and 13 normal controls were compared with the laboratory data FT3.The value of 99mTc rate for the diagnosis of Graves disease was proved by the correlation ratio.Results There was a good correlation between thyroid uptake rate of 99mTc and FT3 value of Graves disease,r =0.767 (P< 0.05).It was superior to the traditional thyroid/oral ratio method.Conclusion Thyroid uptake 99mTc rate is of great value in the diagnosis of Graves disease.
