摘 要:近年来,"新零售"成为零售业比较"火热"的词汇,其销售模式在生鲜领域掀起了一股热潮。从"新零售"的内涵出发,对生鲜冷链物流的发展进行理论溯源,探讨了国内外生鲜冷链物流体系的研究现状;在此基础上从市场供给量、需求量及交易规模等方面深入分析当前国内生鲜的市场容量,进而探究生鲜产品销售模式的动态变化;根据"新零售"对生鲜冷链物流体系的新要求,构建生鲜冷链物流评价指标体系,并据此揭示当前我国生鲜冷链物流体系中存在的3大问题;最后,从政府、技术、信息3个方面提出了优化生鲜冷链物流体系的"三位一体"攻略。In recent years, "the new retail" has become a hot word in the retail industry, and its sales model has set off a boom in the fresh field. Starting from the connotation of "the new retail", this paper discusses the theoretical origin of the development of fresh cold chain logistics and the research status of fresh cold chain logistics system at home and abroad. Based on this, it makes deep analysis of the current domestic market capacity from the market supply, demand and transaction scale so as to explore the dynamic changes in the sales model of fresh products. According to the new requirements of "the new retail" for the fresh cold chain logistics system, the paper sets up an evaluation index system of the fresh cold chain logistics to reveal its three major problems existing in China. Finally, the paper puts forward the "three-in-one" strategy for optimizing the fresh cold chain logistics system from the aspects of government, technology and information.
