摘　　要：歌唱时的“松”与“紧”是歌唱时的必备技巧,随着演唱水平的逐渐提高,把“松与“紧”更深化的研究可以更加准确地体验在人声这一乐器中的相互依存,相互统一的内在感觉,从而达到声乐演唱技巧的提高。本课题以声乐演唱技巧为依托,从呼吸,咬字吐字、声带、喉头等多方面对歌唱“松”与“紧”进行阐述,并且找出“松”与“紧”的辩证关系,为声乐演唱技巧方面提供理论依据。The "song" and "tightness" in singing are the necessary skills when singing. With the gradual improvement of the singing level, the study of "loose and tight" can more accurately experience the instrument in the human voice. Mutual interdependence and mutual inner feelings, thus achieving the improvement of vocal singing skills. This topic is based on vocal singing skills, and elaborates on singing "song" and "tightness" from the aspects of breathing, biting words, vocal cords, throat and so on. And to find out the dialectical relationship between "song" and "tight" provides a reliable theoretical basis for our vocal singing skills.
