补佳乐联合全面护理干预在中期引产后乳胀患者的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:分析补佳乐与全面护理干预联合运用于中期引产后乳胀患者中的治疗效果。方法:在我院2017年10月至2018年10月治疗中期引产后乳胀患者中选取60例,并严格按照系统随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组。其中两组患者均予以补佳乐进行治疗,对照组在此基础上采用常规护理方法,观察组采用全面护理干预,观察对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后1d两组患者VAS评分、乳房硬度评分差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,治疗后第3天与第6天对照组VAS评分、乳房硬度评分均高于观察组,乳房胀痛消失时间长于观察组,两组VAS评分、乳房硬度评分与本组治疗后第1d相比较均有所降低,但观察组优于对照组,并且对照组总满意度为75.00%,观察组总满意度为95.00%,对照组总满意度低于观察组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:予以中期引产后乳胀患者补佳乐与全面护理干预联合进行治疗效果明显,可有效降低VAS评分、乳房硬度评分,促进乳房胀痛消失和提高患者满意度,值得推广。Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of Bujialao combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with breast distension after induced labor. Methods: From October 2017 to October 2018, 60 patients with breast distension were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of systematic random distribution. Two groups of patients were treated with Bujialao, the control group was treated with routine nursing method, the observation group with comprehensive nursing intervention. The two groups of patients were observed and compared the therapeutic effect. Results: There was no significant difference in VAS score and breast hardness score between the two groups one day after treatment (P>0.05). The VAS score and breast hardness score of the control group on the 3rd and 6th day after treatment were higher than those of the observation group, and the time of the disappearance of breast pain was longer than that of the observation group. The VAS score and the breast hardness score of the two groups were lower than those of the control group on the 1st day after treatment. But the observation group was superior to the control group, and the total satisfaction degree of the control group was 75.00%, the total satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.00% and the total satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Bujialao and comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the VAS score and breast hardness in the patients with breast distension after midterm induced labor, promote the disappearance of breast pain and improve patient satisfaction, thus it is worth promoting.
