摘 要:采用RHEOLAB QC型旋转黏度计测试水泥-石灰石粉浆体的动、静态屈服应力,用其表征水泥-石灰石粉浆体动态结构建立性能,研究了石灰石粉对水泥浆体动态结构建立性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用动、静态屈服应力表征水泥-石灰石粉浆体的动态结构建立性能呈现一致的规律性;随动态时间的增长,水泥-石灰石粉浆体动态结构建立呈线性增长;动态搅拌弱化了水泥-石灰石粉浆体的结构建立,弱化作用随石灰石粉比表面积的增加而减小。当石灰石粉比表面积小于807 m^2/kg时,石灰石粉掺量在20%以内时可以促进水泥浆体的动态结构建立;当石灰石粉比表面积大于等于807 m^2/kg时,石灰石粉的掺入有利于水泥浆体的动态结构建立。The RHEOLAB QC rotary viscometer was used to measure the dynamic and static yield stress of the cement-ground limestone paste to characterize the structural build-up of cement-ground limestone pastes, the effect of ground limestone on the dynamic structural build-up of the cement paste was studied. The results show that the dynamic structural build-up of cement-ground limestone characterized by the dynamic and static yield stress respectively have the consistent law. With the increase of dynamic time, the dynamic structural build-up of cement-ground limestone paste increases linearly. The dynamic structural build-up of cement ground limestone paste weakened by dynamic mixing, and the weakening effect decreases with the increase of the specific surface area of ground limestone. When the specific surface area of ground limestone is less than 807 m^2/kg and the its content is less than 20%, it can promote the dynamic structural build-up of cement paste.When the specific surface area of ground limestone is greater than or equal to 807 m^2/kg, ground limestone can facilitate the dynamic structural build-up.
