摘  要:采用数值模拟方法,对玻璃熔窑内不同粒径硅砂的熔化过程进行模拟,追踪了硅砂粒子由投料口进入玻璃池窑的运动轨迹。研究了粒径对硅砂运动过程,及硅砂熔化时间、熔化温度的影响。研究表明:当硅砂粒径增大时,部分硅砂由配合料熔化区向池窑底部运动,并在第I环流玻璃液作用下沿窑长方向运动。随着硅砂粒径增大,硅砂的熔化时间分布变宽,熔化时间延长。由于熔化过程中部分硅砂向温度较低的池窑底部运动,硅砂的平均熔化温度由1313℃升高到1374℃后基本稳定在1350~1380℃。随着硅砂粒径增大,硅砂沿窑长方向运动的最大距离增加,当硅砂粒径大于500μm时,热点后仍有部分硅砂未完全熔化,可能会对玻璃液的进一步澄清均化带来不良影响。In the glass melting tank,the sand particles dissolution with varied sizes was studied with numerical simulation. The movement of sand particles at glass tank was tracked. With the varied particle sizes,the movement,residence time and melting temperature of sand particles were investigated. The results show that a part of sand grains will move from batch melting zone to tank bottom with the increased particles sizes,then they move along the longitude of glass tank with the glass flow of cycle I. With the increase particles sizes,the residence time distribution of sand grains have a wider range,and the residence time is longer. However,the average melting temperature of sand grains is firstly increased from 1313 ℃ to 1374 ℃,then it remain at 1350-1380 ℃. With the increase particles sizes,the distance of sand grains moving along the longitude of glass tank is increased. After the hot spot zone,there are still some undissolved sand grains as the particles sizes larger than 500 μm,which will affect the fining and homogenization of glass melt.
