摘 要:测试了铁尾矿砂的颗粒级配、细度模数、石粉含量及密度等基本性能,用铁尾矿砂取代不同量的天然砂制备砂浆,研究其对砂浆工作性能、力学性能、吸水性能及收缩性能的影响。实验结果表明:铁尾矿砂砂浆减水剂饱和掺量点与天然砂砂浆相同,铁尾矿砂砂浆流动度经时损失速度大于天然砂砂浆;铁尾矿砂的掺入会降低砂浆的流动性,增加砂浆的表观密度,提高砂浆的抗折强度与抗压强度,随着铁尾矿砂取代量增大,砂浆不同龄期的干燥收缩率显著增大。The basic properties of iron tailing sand,including the particle size distribution,fineness modulus,stone powder content and density were tested. The mortar was prepared by replacing different amounts of natural sand with iron tailing sand,and the effect of iron tailing sand on the workability,mechanical property, water absorption capability and drying shrinkage property of mortar was investigated. The results show that the saturated dosage of superplasticizer of mortar with iron tailing sand is the same as that of mortar with natural sand,and the flowability-loss of mortar with iron tailing sand is greater than that of mortar with natural sand;the incorporation of iron tailing sand will increase the apparent density,the flexural and compressive strength of mortar,while reduce the flowability. With the increase of iron tailing sand replacement,the drying shrinkage of mortar at different ages increases significantly.
