摘 要:以Al(NO3)3作为包覆材料,通过直接沉淀法在Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu2+,Dy3+荧光粉表面包覆了一层勃姆石(γ-AlOOH)。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、TG-DSC和瞬态/稳态荧光光谱仪对未包覆的荧光粉和包覆后的荧光粉进行了测试表征。结果表明,γ-AlOOH包覆膜均匀地沉积在荧光粉的表面,且其厚度约为40nm。γ-AlOOH在高温热处理过程中会转变成Al2O3。当热处理温度≥1000℃时,Al2O3与Sr2MgSi2O7基质发生固相置换反应并生成了SrAl2Si2O8,MgO和SrO,包覆后的荧光粉新出现了一个峰值为384nm的紫外发射带。当热处理温度为900℃、1000℃、1150℃和1200℃时,包覆后的荧光粉的蓝光发光强度比包覆前的荧光粉更强,而在1050℃和1100℃时反而更弱,这与Al2O3晶体的F色心缺陷有关。The aboehite(γ-Al OOH) was fabricated on the surface of Sr2MgSi2O7: Eu2+,Dy3+ via hydrolysis Al(NO3)3 as coating materials. The phosphors were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,TGDSC and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The analysis results indicate that the γ-Al OOH coating is uniformly deposited on the surface of the phosphors,and its thickness is about 40 nm. The γ-Al OOH phase transit to Al2O3 at high heat treatment. When the annealed temperature is equal or greater than1000 ℃,a chemical substitution reaction occurr in between the Sr2MgSi2O7 crystal and the Al2O3 coating,generating SrAl2Si2O8,MgO and Sr O. And a new ultraviolet emission band with peak at 384 nm appear in the Al2O3-coated phosphors. In addition, when the annealed temperature are 900 ℃,1000 ℃,1150 ℃,and 1200 ℃ respectively,the Al2O3-coated phosphors have higher luminescent intensity compared to the uncoated phosphors. However,the results are opposite when the annealed temperature are 1050 ℃ and 1100 ℃,which is ascribed to the F color centre defect of the Al2O3 crystal.
