摘 要:目的研究翻转课堂联合微课教学法在普外科教学中的应用。方法选取学校2015级临床专业学生80名,按照随机数字表法分为改革组和对照组,各40名。对照组采用传统教学模式,改革组使用翻转课堂联合微课教学法进行教学。对两组学生进行期末评测,比较两组学生的期末考试成绩优良率和教学满意度评分。结果对照组期末考试成绩的优良率(42.50%)明显低于改革组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改革组学生的自主学习能力提升、对理论知识理解的提升、创新思考能力的培养、团队协作能力的提高以及对学习专业知识兴趣的提升方面评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合微课教学法能够有效提高学生的学习效果以及教学满意度,相信伴随对该种模式的进一步探索,翻转课堂联合微课教学法能够在普外科教学中会得到更为广泛和深入的应用,进而为国家培养和输送更多合格的普通外科人才。Objective To study the effect of flip classroom combined micro-teaching method in general surgery teaching. Methods 80 students from grade 2015 clinical medicine were selected, according to the random number table method, they were divided into the reform group and the control group, each group has 40 students. The control group was given the traditional teaching mode, and the reform group was given the flip classroom combined micro-teaching method to teach. The two groups of students were evaluated at the end of the period, the excellent rate of final exam results and the scores of teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent rate of final test scores in the control group (42.50%) was significantly lower than that in the reform group (80.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of the improvement of self-learning ability, the improvement of theoretical knowledge, the cultivation of innovative thinking ability, the improvement of teamwork ability and the improvement of interest in learning professional knowledge in the reform group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The flip classroom combined with micro-teaching method can effectively improve students' learning effect and teaching satisfaction. It is believed that with the further exploration of this model, the flip classroom combined with micro-teaching method can be more extensive and deep in general surgery teaching, which can help to train and deliver more qualified general surgical personnel to the country.
