摘　　要：目的对支撑喉镜下声带囊肿部分切除术的临床效果进行分析和介绍。方法选择医院在2015年10月—2018年1月期间收治的38例声带囊肿的患者作为研究对象,采用支撑喉镜下声带囊肿部分切除术对上述全部患者进行治疗,对支撑喉镜下声带囊肿部分切除术的临床效果进行分析和介绍。结果在经过精心的治疗之后,本组患者中共计有29例治愈,9例有效,共计达到了100%的总有效率。所有患者都是一次性手术成功,在手术过程中没有出现麻醉意外等相关的并发症,也没有出现正常声带组织损伤的情况。在手术之后,所有患者均没有出现声带粘连和喉痉挛等并发症,只有1例患者的黏膜复位后声带边缘有渗血情况出现,在对其进行处理之后,已痊愈。结论采用支撑喉镜下声带囊肿部分切除术对声带囊肿患者进行治疗具有手术视野清晰的特点,能够将患者的病变组织彻底的暴露出来,从而将病灶彻底清除,具有较好的手术治疗效果。Objective To analyze and introduce the clinical effect of partial resection of vocal cord cyst under support laryngoscope. Methods A total of 38 patients with vocal cord cysts admitted to the hospital from October 2015 to January 2018 were enrolled in this study. All patients were treated with partial resection of vocal cord cyst under support laryngoscope. The vocal cords under the support laryngoscope were used. The clinical effects of partial cystectomy were analyzed and introduced. Results After careful treatment, a total of 29 patients in this group were cured and 9 were effective, achieving a total effective rate of 100%. All patients were successful in one-time operation, no complications such as anesthesia accidents occurred during the operation, and no normal vocal cord tissue damage occurred. After the operation, all patients had no complications such as vocal cord adhesions and throat spasm. Only one patient had oozing at the edge of the vocal cords after mucosal reduction. After treatment, it was cured. Conclusion The use of partial resection of vocal cord cyst under support laryngoscope for the treatment of patients with vocal cord cysts has the characteristics of clear surgical field, which can completely expose the patient's diseased tissue, thus completely removing the lesions, and has better surgical treatment effect.
