摘　　要：目的探究氧驱雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法将2015年9月—2017年9月医院接收的小儿哮喘急性发作患儿作为研究样本,从中选取120例患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组、观察组,每组患儿均有60例,依次采取常规治疗、布地奈德混悬液氧驱雾化吸入治疗。比较两组治疗效果、肺功能指标。结果观察组总疗效与参照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组肺功能指标均得到改善,优于治疗前,但观察组改善的程度大于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对小儿哮喘急性发作患儿实施氧驱雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗效果可靠,能促进肺功能改善,恢复通气功能。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of oxygen drive atomization inhalation of budesonide suspension for the treatment of acute attack of asthma in children. Methods Children with acute asthma attack admitted to the hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected as research samples, 120 patients were selected, and divided into the reference group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 60 children in each group, were treated with conventional treatment, budesonide suspension oxygen drive atomization inhalation treatment. The therapeutic effect and lung function indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total curative effect of the observation group was significantly different from that of the reference group (P < 0.05). Lung function indexes in both groups were improved after treatment, which was better than before treatment, but the improvement degree in the observation group was greater than that in the reference group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Oxygen drive atomization inhalation budesonide suspension has a reliable therapeutic effect on children with acute asthma attack, which can promote the improvement of pulmonary function and restore ventilation function.
