水蛭粉治疗慢性肾病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的讨论并分析对慢性肾病患者施用水蛭粉治疗的效果。方法将医院60名慢性肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组进行基础治疗,即给予患者低盐低脂低蛋白饮食、运动指导、血压控制、维持水电解质平衡等,观察组在对照组基础上加行水蛭粉治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后肾功能指标水平变化情况以及疗效。结果治疗前两组患者肾功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的肾功能指标均有所下降,其中观察组患者血肌酐水平下降程度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组患者24h尿蛋白定量水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾病患者进行水蛭粉治疗,可明显改善其肾功能,疗效十分显著。Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of hirudo powder on patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods Sixty patients with chronic nephropathy in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given the basic treatment, low salt, low fat and low protein diet, exercise guidance, blood pressure control, maintenance of water and electrolyte balance, and so on. The patients in the observation group were treated with hirudo powder on the basis of the control group, and the changes of renal function indexes before and after treatment between the two groups were compared as well as the curative effect. Results There was no statistically significant difference in renal function between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, the renal function indexes of the two groups were decreased, and the level of serum creatinine in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). However, there was no statistically significant difference in 24-hour urinary protein level between the two groups (P > 0.05), while the effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of hirudo powder in patients with chronic kidney disease can significantly improve their renal function, and the curative effect is very significant.
