摘　　要：新中国成立70年来,我国的工业发展取得了较大的成就,工业体系逐渐形成。本文以中部地区为例来探讨我国工业发展的历程。中部地区的工业发展可以分为五个阶段:国民经济恢复时期的中部地区工业经济(1949年10月-1952年)、实行计划经济体制时期的中部地区工业经济(1958-1977年)、实行计划经济体制时期的中部地区工业经济(1958-1977年)、改革开放以来至党的十八大以前的中部地区工业经济(1979-2011年)、党的十八大以来中部地区工业经济(2012至今)。文章详细探讨了每一阶段中部地区工业经济所取得的成就,指出了中部地区工业经济发展所面临的诸如产业结构矛盾弱化了产业竞争力、产业结构“虚高”和过早去工业化的矛盾问题、产业结构单一化、基础产业的基础相对薄弱、产业发展外向度偏低、工业同构化等问题。为解决这问题,促进中部地区工业健康持续发展,本文提出了大力发展科技要素密集的现代制造业、进一步优化和完善中部地区承接产业转移的政策、引导传统产业转型升级及培育发展战略性新兴产业、优化制造业空间布局与区域分工、全方位扩大对内对外开放的建议。In the 70 years since the founding of New China,China’s industrial development has made great achievements.China’s industrial system has gradually formed.This paper takes the central region as an example to discuss the course of China’s industrial development.The industrial development in the central region can be divided into five stages;industrial economy in the central region during the period of national economic recovery(October 1949-1952),industrial economy in the central region during the period of implementing the planned economic system(1958-1977),industrial economy in the central region during the period of implementing the planned economic system(1958-1977),and the middle period from the reform and opening up to the the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC(1979-2011)and the industrial economy of the central region since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC(from 2012 to now).This paper discusses in detail the achievements of industrial economy in the central region in each stage,and points out the problems faced by industrial economic development in the central region,such as the weakening of industrial competitiveness,the“virtual high”of industrial structure and the contradiction of premature deindustrialization,the simplification of industrial structure,the relatively weak foundation of basic industries,the low degree of export-orientation of industrial developent,and industry isomorphism.Finally,in order to solve this problem and promote the healthy and sustainable development of industry in the central region,the paper puts forward the following policies;vigorously developing modern manucturing industry with intensive scientific and technological factors,further optimizing and perfecting the policy of undertaking industrial transfer in the central region,guiding the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries,optimizing the spatial layout of manufacturing industry and expanding the opening to the outside world in
