摘 要:通信技术的每次突破必将引发指挥与控制从形式到内容产生相应的重大变革,第五代通信技术5G也不会例外,并已成为美军等关注的焦点.提出5G对指挥与控制影响的相关问题,初步探讨5G推动指挥与控制的可能方式及其需要深入研究的方向,特别强调必须关注军事指挥与企业管理在新时代的融合趋势.Historically, revolutions in communication technology have always caused corresponding changes in means and contents of command and control. Therefore, 5G has inspired new hopes and desires for new C2 capacities by many military organizations, especially US armies as witnessed by their recent reports. This paper proposes a few problems and potential research directions on 5G and C2M, i.e., command and control and management that unifies military and enterprise operations.
