摘 要:针对当前二氧化碳凝华过程及晶体形态等研究相对较少、二氧化碳凝华及升华实验及数据较少、微观机理尚不清晰的现状,基于低温凝华法碳捕集实验台开展了可视化实验,研究了二氧化碳凝华及升华过程,得到了二氧化碳凝华及升华过程图像及晶体形态。针对二氧化碳凝华过程中的几种典型形态及其成核率、尺寸进行了总结,分析了点状和盘状晶体的成核过程的不同。针对不同条件下的凝华过程研究了盘状晶体的生长及对应的升华过程的难易程度。Since the existing cryogenic carbon dioxide desublimation experiment and data is insufficient,research about carbon dioxide desublimation and crystal morphology is relatively few, based on the low-temperature desublimation carbon capture experimental platform, visualization experiments were carried out. The processes of carbon dioxide desublimation and sublimation were studied, the image and crystal morphology of carbon dioxide during desublimation and sublimation processes were obtained. Several typical morphologies, nucleation rates and sizes of carbon dioxide crystal during desublimation were summarized, and the difference between point and disc crystals nucleation processes were analyzed. The growth of discoid crystals and the difficulty in sublimation under different conditions were studied.
