摘  要:多晶硅行业的生产过程中产生的氯硅烷残液可以作为硅源并且以钛酸丁酯为钛源,运用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2/SiO2复合抗菌材料。用红外光谱法,SEM对进行了表征,通过抑菌实验,对TiO2/SiO2复合抗菌材料的抗菌性测试。结果表明:用此法制得的TiO2/SiO2复合抗菌材料中含有Ti-O-Si键;通过对抑菌实验结果进行的分析及对比可知,在200℃时煅烧2-3h后的TiO2/SiO2复合抗菌材料的抗菌效果最佳,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径达到了29mm。The chlorosilane residue produced in the production process of polycrystalline silicon industry can be used as a silicon source and butyl titanate as a titanium source, and the sol-gel method was used to prepare SiO2/TiO2 composite antibacterial materials.It was characterized by Infrared Spectrometry and SEM,and the results were analyzed.The anti-microbial property of SiO2/TiO2 composite was tested by antibacterial experiment.The results showed that Ti-O-Si bond was contained in SiO2/TiO2 composite.Bacteriostatic experiment based on the results of the analysis and comparison,the at 200 ℃ calcination after 2 to 3 h of SiO2/TiO2 composite antibacterial antibacterial effect is best.
