摘 要:为了解决达克曲克水电站汛期由于泥沙大量淤积造成的导流兼泄洪排沙洞洞前大量淤沙、水工设施冲磨等问题,消除对下游农业灌溉的影响,保障水电站安全经济运行,借鉴小浪底和三峡水库“蓄清排浑”的运行方式的经验,从实际出发,结合达克曲克水电站泥沙严重淤积的特性,对水沙调度方式进行了积极的探索和实践,汛期采取了蓄水排沙和连续排沙相结合的水沙调度方式,取得了一定的成果,为同类水库水沙调度提供了借鉴和参考。In order to solve the problems of diversion and flood discharge in front of the tunnel caused by a large amount of sediment deposition, scoring and abrasion of hydraulic facilities in the flood season of Daktrek Hydropower Station, eliminate the influence to the downstream agricultural irrigation and ensure the security and economic operation of the reservoir, the paper utilized the operational experiences of “storing clear water and releasing the muddy” of Xiaolangdi Reservoir on the Yellow River and the Three Gorges Reservoir on the Yangtze River, proceeded from reality, combined with the characteristics of serious sediment deposition in Daktrek Hydropower Station, made active exploration and practice on the operational mode of water and sediment regulation. It adopted the combinational mode of storing clear water and releasing the muddy with continuous sediment discharge. It had achieved some achievements and provided a reference for the water and sediment operation of the same kind of reservoir.
