复方甘草酸苷联合他克莫司治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方甘草酸苷联合他克莫司治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将120例激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为3组,A组40例,采用复方甘草酸苷注射液40 mL/d静脉滴注,外用0.1%他克莫司软膏2次/d;B组40例,口服西替利嗪片10 mg/d,外用0.1%他克莫司软膏2次/d;C组40例,采用复方甘草酸苷注射液40 mL/d静脉滴注,外用维生素E软膏2次/d。1月后观察疗效。结果治疗1月后,A组、B组和C组的有效率分别为87.5%、65%和57.5%,A组有效率与B组、C组比较,差别有统计学意义。而B组与C组比较,差别无统计学意义。结论复方甘草酸苷联合他克莫司治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效显著,无明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the efficacy of combination therapy of compound glycyrrhizin and tacrolimus on corticoste. roid dependent dermitis. Methods 120 patients with corticosteroid dependent dermitis were divided randomly into three groups(A、B and C. 40 cases in group A were injected with compound glycyrrhizin at 40mL/day,and treated with topical tacrolimus ointment 0.1% twice a day;40 cases in group B were treated with Cetirizine 10mg/day and topical tacrolimus ointment 0.1% twice a day;40 cases in group C were injected with compound glycyrrhizin at 40mL/day,and treated with topical Vitamin E ointment twice a day . The total time of therapy was 1 month. Results After 1 month,the effective rate of group A, B and C was 87.5%、65% and 57.5% respectively, there were significant differences between the effective rates of group A and group B, C;There was no statistical significance in the com. parison between group B and C. Conclusions The combination therapy of compound glycyrrhizin and tacrolimus is effective in the treat. ment for corticosteroid dependent dermitis without significant adverse reactions.
