大同市科技资源配置现状及对策研究

摘　　要：科技资源作为科技进步的重要条件,对推动社会发展有着不可或缺的作用。大同市有着优越的地理位置,同时作为蒙晋冀(乌大张)长城金三角合作区的重要组成部分,对区域经济社会发展起着重要的影响作用,对其科技资源配置相关问题的研究具有积极意义。通过分析大同市科技资源的现状,探寻其科技资源配置中存在的问题,在此基础上提出优化大同市科技资源配置的对策。As an important element for scientific and technological progress,scientific and technological resources play an indispensable role in promoting social development. Datong has a superior geographical position. Meanwhile,as an important part of the golden triangle cooperation zone of the Great Wall,Datong has an important influence on regional economic and social development,and is of positive significance to the research on the allocation of scientific and technological resources. By analyzing the present situation of science and technology resources in Datong,the existing problems in the allocation of science and technology resources are explored,and some countermeasures are put forward to optimize the allocation of science and technology resources in Datong.
