摘 要:对房间空调器室内机产生凝露的原因进行分析,并通过试验研究提出改善方法。结果表明:通过合理确定制冷剂充注量,以及遵循蒸发器回路设计原则(每一路出口和每一路进口处于同一气流经过的水平面)能够改善凝露问题。另外,从控制系统方面考虑,通过增量式PID控制算法调节压缩机频率使盘管温度高于空气露点,可以明显改善凝露;从安装等方面考虑,密封性、保温性以及电加热安装角度等对凝露均有重要影响。The causes of condensation for the indoor unit of room air conditioner are analyzed? and the improvement methods are put forward by test. The results show that the condensation can be improved by choosing the refrigerant charge amount properly and making the loop design of evaporator follow the principle that the outlet and inlet of each flow path are on the same air flow surface. In addition, in respect of control system, it can obviously improve the condensation through controlling the coil temperature higher than air dew-point by means of adjusting compressor frequency using incremental PID control algorithm;in respect of installation, sealing property, thermal insulation and electric heating installation angle have important influence on condensation.
