摘  要:以提升房间空调器APF(全年能源消耗效率)为目标,使用CoilDesigner软件对某变频房间空调器的室外换热器进行仿真研究,并依据仿真结果设计不同的换热器制冷剂流路方案,通过试验对比不同流路方案的换热器对空调器APF的影响。利用热阻平衡法对室外换热器流路进行设计,并用试验结果进行验证,结果表明采用热阻平衡法计算出的最佳分路数与试验结果能够良好地吻合,可以用于指导换热器流路的初始设计工作。To improve APF (annual performance factor) of room air conditioner, CoilDesigner software is used to simulate the outdoor heat exchanger of one variable speed room air conditioner. Different schemes of refrigerant flow paths for the heat exchanger are designed according to the simulation results. The impact of different schemes of refrigerant flow paths for the heat exchanger on APF of the air conditioner is studied by contrastive tests. The flow path design of outdoor heat exchanger is conducted by thermal resistance balance method, which is verified by the test results. The results show that the optimal number of flow path calculated by thermal resistance balance method is in good agreement with the experimental results, which can be used in the flow path pre-design of heat exchanger.
