摘 要:为了比较稀土离子Sc^3+和Yb^3+掺杂TiO2的光催化活性,通过粉末X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外可见光谱(UV-vis)对球磨法制备的稀土离子Sc^3+和Yb^3+掺杂TiO2光催化剂进行表征,并考察300 W中压汞灯光下催化降解亚甲基蓝的活性,分析最佳掺杂量、球磨时间和不同离子掺杂的光催化效果。结果表明,球磨4 h后,两种掺杂稀土离子的TiO2光催化剂均出现晶型畸变,带隙能变小,对可见光响应均有明显增强。当掺杂摩尔比为2.5%时,Sc^3+/TiO2光催化剂的一级反应速率常数为0.0932 min^-1;掺杂摩尔比为3%,Yb^3+/TiO2光催化剂的一级反应速率常数为0.0436 min^-1,而纯TiO2催化剂的一级反应速率常数为0.0263 min^-1。显然,掺杂后的TiO2光催化活性显著提高。To compare the photocatalytic activity of Sc3/TiO2, and Yb^3+/TiO2, Rare earth Sc^3+ and Yb^3+ doped TiO2 photo. catalyst were prepared by ball milling method, and characterized with X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and uv-vis spectros. copy (UV - vis). The methylene blue(MB) was degraded under a 300 W medium pressure mercury lamp, to investigate the optimal doping loading, ball milling time and the effects of different rare earth on photocatalytic activity. Results showed that after ball milling for 4 hours, crystal shape distortion and band gap decrease of TiO2 were observed which will lead to well response to visible light. The first reaction rate constant of MB photodegradation was 0.0932 min^-1 with Sc^3+/TiO2, 0.0436 min^-1 with Yb^3+/TiO2, and 0.0263 min^-1 with TiO2. It can be seen that the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 doped with Sc3 and Yb^3+ was remarkably improved.
