摘  要:依据螺旋槽窄槽理论,采用类解析法设计了一款干气密封(DGS)计算软件,具备操作性强、界面友好、使用方便等特点。以我公司某型号干气密封为对象,通过实验测量了工况条件下的密封泄漏量,并分别利用Fluent软件和DGS计算软件求取了密封性能参数,包括泄漏量、开启力、摩擦功率、气膜刚度等。通过对比三种研究方法下的参数值,表明DGS计算软件具有良好的准确性,可用于指导干气密封工程设计。A dry gas seal(DGS) calculation software based on the theory of narrow spiral groove was developed using semianalytical method. It possessed the characteristics of strong operation and friendly interface. One type dry gas seal was taken as the research object to measure the leakage on working condition by experiment, and seal performance parameters including leakage,opening force, frictional power and gas film stiffness were respectively calculated by Fluent software and DGS calculation software.Comparison results of parameters indicated that DGS calculation softwarehad a good reliability and could be used to guide the engineering design of dry gas seal.
