摘 要:介绍了往复移动刀式折页机的工作原理,研究采用SolidWorks及其Motion模块对具有曲柄滑块-带传送系统-齿轮传动系统的组合机构的折页机进行机构分析和运动仿真,实现了折页机装配体的运动部件干涉检验和折页功能视觉传达,为组合机构产品设计提供了一种高效、直观的仿真手段,提高了复杂产品的分析设计能力。The working principle of the reciprocating knife folder is introduced.The mechanism analysis and movement simulation of folding machine with combined mechanisms of crank block,belt drive and gear drive system is studied based on SolidWorks and its motion module,and the interference detection of moving parts among the assembly and the visual transmission of folding function are realized.It provides an efficient and intuitive simulation method for complex mechanism design,and improves the analysis and design ability of complex product with combined mechanism.
