摘  要:为增加中型套类零件钻孔工序桁架机械手自动上下料的间隙,设计斜楔-滑柱等速移动定心夹紧机构。当定制活塞杆在液压缸的推力下向上移动,与其联结的斜楔块也一起向上运动,与斜楔块配合的6个滑柱沿径向均匀张开,实现定心夹紧。该机构可取得内孔定位条件下直径方向夹紧行程达16mm,充分考虑了经济型桁架机械手一定的重复定位误差,降低了生产线设备投资成本,并且可换式的滑柱结构可以适应内孔尺寸不一的同类零件加工,通用性强。In order to increase the gap between the automatic loading and unloading of the truss manipulator in the drilling process of medium-sized sleeve parts,the wedge-slider constant-speed moving centering clamping mechanism is designed.When the custom piston rod moves upward under the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder,the inclined wedge piecealso moves upward together,and the six sliding rods matched with the inclined wedge piece are evenly opened in the radial direction to achieve centering clamping.The mechanism can obtain a radial clamping stroke of 16 mm under the condition of bore positioning.The repetitive positioning error of the economical truss manipulator is fully considered,and the investment cost of the production line equipment is reduced,and the replaceable sliding rod structure can be adapted to the processing of similar parts with different inner hole sizes,and has strong versatility.
