摘　　要：对授油探管反锪孔刀具进行了改进,设计了一种分体式锪孔刀具,并对刀头和刀杆的连接方式进行了优化,既满足了快换需求,又保证了装夹的可靠性。经过实际加工验证,加工质量稳定,生产效率大幅提高。In this paper,the back spotfacer for an oil supply pipe is improved,a split spotting tool is designed,and the connection mode between the tool head and the tool rod is optimized,which not only meets the requirement of quick change,but also ensures certain clamping reliability.After the actual processing verification,the processing quality is stable and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
