摘 要:针对旧式车轮优化机不能快速进给和加载不精确等问题,利用气压传动和液压传动的优点,设计了以气动控制回路为主,液压控制回路为辅的复合控制技术,着重介绍了新型车轮优化机快速进给和精确加载的气动控制回路工作原理、液压控制回路工作原理,同时阐述了液压回路中蓄能器的工作原理,突破了新型车轮优化机的快速进给精确加载关键技术。According to the problems of bad rapid feed and imprecise loading of old tires optimizing machine,the composite control technology of hydraulic control circuit aided pneumatic control circuit by making full use of advantages of pneumatic and hydraulic transmission was designed,the operational principle of pneumatic control circuit and hydraulic control circuit was emphatically introduced in the process of rapid feed and precise loading of new tires optimizing machine,the operational principle of accumulator was elaborated,the key technology of rapid feed and precise loading of new tires optimizing machine was broken through.
