电流/电压转换器在甚低频接收机的应用

摘　　要：自然界雷电辐射和人工台站发射的甚低频信号广泛应用于电离层遥感探测、地球空间环境地基监测、全球航海通信与导航等领域。文中基于电流/电压转换器构建甚低频接收机的低噪、高灵敏度模拟前端。通过分析、仿真电流/电压转换器构建模拟前端的灵敏度和频率响应,设计测试及实验表明,电流/电压转换器模拟前端能有效接收自然界天电信号和人工台站信号,具有很强的有效性与实用性。The very low frequency(VLF)signals of thunder and lightning radiation in nature or sent by artificial stations are widely applied in fields of ionosphere remote sensing detection,ground base monitoring of geo space environment,global submarine communications and navigation. Therefore,a low noise,high sensitivity analog front end of the VLF receiver is built on the basis of the current/voltage converter in this paper. The sensitivity and frequency response determination design of the ana log front end is conducted by analyzing and simulating the current/voltage converter. The results of the design test and experi ment show that the analog front end of the current/voltage converter can effectively receive the electrical signals in nature and sig nals from artificial stations,w hich has a strong effectiveness and practicability.
