摘 要:ECG和PPG信号的多通道同步采集是无损心血管健康风险评估研究的基础。针对ECG和PPG信号采集过程中滤波对同步采集系统延时的问题,提出一种ECG和PPG信号采集补偿的方案,使采集系统可以实现真正意义上的同步。首先,通过仿真对ECG和PPG信号采集过程中各个电路单元产生的延时进行估算;然后,通过函数发生器产生的信号对两种信号采集过程的延时进行实际测量,并且与仿真结果进行比较。在此基础上,通过ECG和PPG信号的相位进行调整,补偿了信号的延迟,最终实现了信号的绝对同步。ECG和PPG多通道采集系统的硬件延时主要集中在滤波过程。经测试,现有设计方案中两组信号通道间的延时实际值为2.012 ms,通过延时补偿后,可以将延时降低为0.01 ms,降低到了99.95%,为后续心血管健康监测算法研究奠定了硬件基础,具有较高的实用价值。Multi channel synchronous acquisition of ECG and PPG signals is the basis of nondestructive cardiovascular health risk assessment studies. In order to solve the problem of filtering delay in ECG and PPG signal acquisition,a scheme for ECG and PPG signal acquisition and compensation is proposed,w hich makes the acquisition system realize the true synchroniza tion. In this scheme,the delay of each circuit unit in ECG and PPG signal acquisition process is estimated by simulation,the delay of the two signal acquisition processes is measured by means of the signal generated by the function generator,and then the measured results are compared with the simulation results. On this basis,the phases of the ECG and PPG signals are adjust ed to compensate the delays of the signals. Finally the absolute synchronization of the signals is achieved. The experimental re sults show that the hardware delay of ECG and PPG multi channel acquisition system is mainly concentrated in the filtering pro cess. According to the test,the actual delay value between the two groups of signal channels in the existing design scheme is 2.012 ms,and the delay can be reduced to 0.01 ms and 99.95% by delay compensation,w hich lays a hardware foundation for the follow up research on cardiovascular health monitoring algorithm and has high practical value.
