摘 要:本文研究了断路器分合闸过程,设计了基于高频信号耦合解耦原理的高压开关柜断路器分合闸周期在线检测装置,详细介绍了装置硬件和软件设计。该装置较好地实现了高压隔离,可以准确地获取断路器分合闸周期的起始和终止时刻。试验结果表明,该装置霍尔电流传感器输出信号调理电路、高频信号耦合和解耦电路设计合理,程序编写正确,装置能够比较准确地对高压断路器分合闸时间进行在线检测,满足工程实际需求。The opening and closing process of circuit breaker has been studied, the opening and closing time online detection system has been designed based on high frequency coupling and decoupling principle, the details of the hardware and software design of the device have been introduced. The high voltage isolation has been realized in this device and the start and end time of circuit breaker opening and closing cycle can be obtained accurately. The experimental results show that the design of the conditioning circuits of hall current sensor and the high frequency signal coupling and decoupling circuits are reasonable, and the programming is right, the opening and closing time of the HV circuit breaker can be detected accurately by the device, and that meets with the engineering requirements.
