摘　　要：针对国内某中低渗透油气区块注水井套管变形失效严重的情况,提出了相应的套管技术指标。在此基础上,以C-Mn-Cr-Mo-V中低碳微合金钢为原料,通过“高频焊+热张力减径+全管热处理+高温矫直”制造工艺,研制开发出了BSG-110TT高抗挤套管。检测结果表明,该产品具有良好的强韧性配比、高精度的几何尺寸、优异的抗外压挤毁性能,抗挤强度超出APITR5C3规定值30%以上。目前产品在上述油气区块服役,运行效果良好。In view of the serious deformation and failure of the water injection well casing in the medium-low permeability oil and gas region in China,the corresponding casing technical indexes are adopted.BSG-110TT high collapse-resistance casing is developed by using C-Mn-Cr-Mo-V low carbon microalloy steel as the raw material and the manufacturing process of high-frequency welding,hot stretch-reducing,full pipe heat treatment and high temperature straightening.The test results show that the product has good ratio of strength and toughness,high-precision geometry size,and excellent collapse-resistance performance.The collapse resistance strength exceeds the API TR 5C3 regulation value by more than 30%.At present,the product services in the oil and gas region and operates well.
