摘 要:针对常规调流控水技术控水针对性差、有效期短,局部层位被底水突破后调流控水效果差、易导致储层的二次伤害等问题,研究了自适应调流控水技术。该技术的关键是自适应调流控水装置及精密滤砂网控水筛管。自适应调流控水装置具有“主动式”调流控水功能,能够根据多控制层位产液的变化自动调整所产生的附加阻力,遇油低摩阻,遇水高摩阻,实现低成本的智能完井;精密滤砂网控水筛管采用6层结构精密滤砂网设计,基管筛网内部留有4~5 mm的过流通道,满足调流控水井内流体横向入流要求,也可对进入井筒内的流体进行深度过滤。现场试验结果表明:应用自适应调流控水技术后水平井日产油量提高了近3倍,延长低含水采油期300 d以上;可有针对性地抑制出水层位的生产,促进产油段的生产,取得了较好的控水增油效果。自适应调流控水技术能在一定程度上解决常规调流控水完井技术存在的控水针对性差的问题,满足调流控水长期性、可靠性以及生产后期阻水采油的技术要求。To address the problem of the conventional inflow control technology like inferior fit-for-purpose capacity,short effective period,and poor water control after bottom water breakthrough which may lead to secondary formation damage,the automatic inflow control technology for water control is studied.The key to this technology is the automatic inflow control device and the precision sand screen.The automatic inflow control device provides“active”inflow control,which can automatically adjust the flow resistance according to the produced liquid change of the multiple layers,providing low friction for oil and high friction for water,thus achieving low-cost intelligent completion.The precision sand screen is designed with 6 screen layers.4~5 mm over-flow channel is designed inside the base pipe to meet the lateral flow requirement of fluid,and can also provide additional filtration.The field test showed a 3 times improved daily oil production and over 300 days additional low water cut production period of horizontal wells after the application of automatic inflow control technology.It can provide fit-for-purpose water control of the water production layer and promote the oil production layer,leading to better water control and oil enhancing effects.Therefore,the automatic inflow control technology can address the inferior fit-for-purpose capacity of the conventional inflow control technology to a certain extent,and meet the requirement of long-term and reliable water regulation and control,and water control in the later stage of production.
