摘 要:众所周知,水松原纸是用于印刷水松纸的原料,其印刷适性是重中之重,水松原纸的印刷适性除了与物理指标相关外,与其纸面匀度状态关系是非常大的。根据多年来的生产实践证明,水松原纸匀度状态较差,会出现印刷上墨不均匀,色差大,除此之外,还会导致印刷过程中出现褶皱等问题。所以,纸面匀度状态的好坏是水松原纸质量的优劣的重要判定标准。本文研究介绍一种匀度检测仪器,采取仪器检测和人为判断两种方式做对比,验证仪器检测的准确性和可行性,将匀度指标量化。As is known to all, taxus water-paper raw materials base paper is used for printing, the printing eligibility is a top priority, and some of the base paper printing eligibility besides associated with physical indicators, instead of paper evennesrelationss state hip is very big. According to many years of production practice proves that the poor state of taxus base paper evenness, there will be a printing ink on the uneven, color difference is big, in addition, can also lead to fold problems appeared in the process of printing. So the paper evenness status is good or bad is an important decision the pros and cons of taxus base paper quality standards. This paper introduces a kind of evenness detection instrument, which adopts two methods of instrument detection and human judgment for comparison, verifies the accuracy and feasibility of instrument detection,and quantifies evenness index.
