摘　　要：为客观反映安检查危的现状,为政府监管相关措施的出台提供决策依据。研究通过对上海铁路监督管理局辖区的绍兴北站、宜兴站等6个铁路客运站的安检查危数据进行调查分析,选取了客运车站的安全公告、安检设备、安检作业人员数量作为决策单元输入指标,危险品数量及平日客流量作为决策单元输出指标,建立了与之对应的C2R模型,并利用DEAP2.1软件分析各个决策单元的有效性,判断投入是否冗余产出是否不足及规模调整方向。为铁路运输企业安检查危设备、人员资源的投入提出改善建议意见,亦为铁路监督管理部门提供了相关的监管指导依据。In order to objectively reflect the status quo of security inspection, it provides decision-making basis for the introduc-tion of relevant measures for government supervision. Through the investigation and analysis of the safety inspection data of six railway passenger stations such as Shaoxing North station and Yixing station in the jurisdiction of Shanghai Railway Supervision Administration, the safety announcement, security inspection equipment and security inspection personnel of the passenger station were selected as the decision-making unit input. The indicators, the number of dangerous goods and the daily passenger flow as the output indicators of the decision-making unit, establish the corresponding C^2R model, and use DEAP2.1 software to analyze the effectiveness of each decision-making unit, to determine whether the input is redundant and the scale is adjusted. Direction. It provides suggestions for improvement of railway transportation enterprises' inspection of dangerous equipment and personnel re-sources, and also provides relevant supervision and guidance basis for railway supervision and management departments.
