摘  要:秸秆资源的综合利用能够减少环境污染,同时还可为巨量的秸秆资源提供具有广泛开发前景的生物质能源用途。目前我国秸秆资源分散、秸秆集贮运物流体系不完整、收储运成本过高,秸秆资源的大规模综合利用尚有难度,建立秸秆仓储物流中心完善秸秆物流网络问题极为迫切。基于此,文章以秸秆综合利用率较低的江苏省为例,应用混合整数规划模型,综合考虑物流中心的规模效应和管理费用等因素确立秸秆仓储物流中心选址,旨在秸秆综合利用物流网络总成本最小化,为江苏省大型秸秆生物质发电厂确定物流中心选址以及仓储吞吐量,以实现江苏省秸秆资源的大规模综合利用。The comprehensive utilization of straw resources can reduce environmental pollution, and at the same time provide biomass energy applications which have extensive development prospects for a huge amount of straw resources. At present, China's straw resources are scattered, the storage and trans-portation logistics system is incomplete, and the cost of stor-age and transportation is too high. Large-scale comprehensive utilization of straw resources is still difficult. It is extremely urgent to establish a straw storage and logistics center to im-prove the straw logistics network. Based on this, the paper takes Jiangsu province with low comprehensive utilization rate of straw as an example, applying mixed integer programming model. We consider the scale effect and management cost of logistics center and other factors comprehensively to establish the location of straw storage and logistics center. This paper aims to minimize the total cost of logistics network for com-prehensive utilization of straw, and determine the location of the logistics center and storage throughput for the large-scale straw biomass power plants in Jiangsu province to realize the large -scale comprehensive utilization of straw resources in Jiangsu.
