摘　　要：数控多功能立式液压轧环机是一种旋转锻造设备,是昔日多功能轧环机的进步和发展,利用磁致伸缩位移传感及PLC程序控制等技术,实现了普通液压传动的立式轧环机生产过程的数控化,不仅能实现普通轧环工艺的数控化,而且能实现复合轧环工艺(三辊横轧+普通轧环或错位轧环+普通轧环)的一次数控成形,扩大了立式轧环机的工作范围,降低了制造成本和维护费用,提高了生产效率。The CNC multi-function vertical hydraulic ring rolling machine is a kind of rotary forging equipment. It is the advancement and development of the former multi-function rolling ring machine. By use of magneto strictive displacement sensing and PLC program control technology, the CNC production process of conventional hydraulic commission vertical ring rolling machine has been realized. Not only the numerical control of conventional ring rolling process but also the combination ring rolling process (three-roll crossrolling + conventional rolling ring or misaligned rolling ring + conventional rolling ring) has been achieved. Thus in this way, the working range of vertical ring rolling machine has been expanded. The manufacturing costs and maintenance costs have been reduced while the production efficiency has been improved.
