摘 要:介绍了超长行李架自动化生产线的必要性及先进行,在分析超长行李架传统生产工艺流程不足的基础上阐述了用于超长行李架自动化生产线的工艺流程。之后阐述了超长行李架自动化生产线设计的关键技术,包括主机设计、模温机、真空泵等辅具以及电气设计等内容,并指出该种自动化生产单元的设计成功将极大改善工人的工作环境、提升了零件的成型质量,为零件的轻量化设计提供可能。The necessity and advancement of the automatic production line for ultra-long luggage rack have been introduced in the text. Based on the analysis of the lack of traditional production process of ultra-long luggage rack, the process flow of the automatic production line for ultra-long luggage rack has been expounded. Then the key technologies of the ultra-long rack automatic production line design have been put forward, including the mainframe design, mold temperature machine, vacuum pump and other auxiliary equipment as well as electrical design. It is pointed out that the design success of this kind of automatic production unit will greatly improve the working environment of workers and the molding quality of the parts which provide the possibility of lightweight design of the parts.
