摘　　要：依据新时代对高校本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的要求,探索高校新使命、新思想、新征程、新作为的发展特色,构建以能力提升为核心的新时代本科专业人才培养体系模型具有重要意义。通过调研公益慈善事业管理本科专业人才的社会需求情况,提出公益慈善事业管理本科专业的概念,系统地探索新时代公益慈善事业管理本科专业的研究对象以及以能力提升为核心的新时代公益慈善事业管理本科专业人才培养体系,为教育部新设置公益慈善事业管理本科专业提供理论依据和可操作的方案。According to the suggestion that undergraduate education in Colleges and universities should comprehensively improve the ability of personnel training in new times and new situation,the urgent need for undergraduate professionals in public welfare and charity management is put forward with the characteristics of social development in the new era. By studying the concept of undergraduate specialty of public welfare and charity management, a model of undergraduate specialty talent training system in the new era is constructed, the research object and training system of undergraduate specialty of public welfare and charity management is systematically explored, so as to provide theoretical basis and operational scheme for the newly established undergraduate specialty of public welfare charity management by the Ministry of Education.
